How do I join the JR Rewards program?
You can join our JR Rewards program by creating an account in our loyalty widget or going to our rewards program page. Once you are logged in and have an email associated with your account, you will start receiving rewards and updates.

Every dollar you spend is a point, our first reward is a $5 off coupon worth 100 points, and our next coupon is $10 off at 200 points. The more you spend, the more points you earn! Your points expire after 12 months, you will get reminder emails to u

Once you earn enough points for a reward, you will receive codes in your email that you can use on our website towards a purchase. You can also keep track of your points by logging into your account here: https://www.jackrogersusa.com/account/login.
What is the "Refer a Friend" program?
When you refer a friend, we send them a special link with $10 off their order. When they use it and complete a purchase, you earn 200 points if they spend over $50.
Do my reward points expire?
Yes, our points expire after 12 months, you will get reminder emails to use them before they expire! Please note that your cart must have a minimum of $50 in order to redeem your rewards. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offers.
