Is your purchase not quite what you had in mind?

We accept the return of unworn and unused merchandise purchased from www.jackrogersusa.com within 30 days from the original fulfillment date. All final sale styles, monogrammed, custom, and made-to-order styles remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable at any time.


Your eligible return must be accompanied by the original receipt with all tags and packaging intact, as well as any gift with purchase. 

When trying on our shoes, we kindly ask that you walk on carpet and try on with clean feet. The leather of our shoes will attract the natural oils of your feet and we are unfortunately unable to accept returns with scuffed soles or toe prints.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping will be responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We have a flat rate of $5 per return label applicable to returns. We offer free exchanges!

Full-price items with a Jack Rogers receipt:

Within 30 days of fulfillment: Full refund or merchandise credit (A $5 return label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount). Merchandise must be unworn. After 30 days, items are not eligible for return. 

Sale items with a Jack Rogers receipt:

Final Sale Products:

All goods marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return, or exchanges. All items ending in $.99 are final sale. Merchandise purchased at Private Sales is final sale — returns or exchanges are not accepted. All international orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

*Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
